Wow! Where to begin with this amazing team?! Charlotte was referred to me for her vast experience, knowledge, and great reviews. Little did I know what amazing human beings she and her team of people turned out to be. From her assistant Hannah, who was on it 24/7 and kept me up to date on the whole process, the Home by ShowingTime app which was great, Melissa, and all the professionals that she referred me to, (her team of angels as I liked to call them!) From Deano the handyman who did it all from flooring, painting, repairing, ti Landen with Williams Lawn Care who took care of the property, I was able to get things repaired, painted, mowed, bush hogged, cut down, and ready for the sale of the house. The sale of the house in Louisiana was a little complicated for me because of a death in the family and the fact that I live in Colorado! There was a lot to do, packing everything up, repairing things, and it got overwhelming for me but not for Charlotte Johnson! She made things so much easier for me traveling back and forth and putting me at ease many a times when I got overwhelmed with it all! I seriously could not have done this and in the time it was all done without her and her whole team! I love you Charlotte Johnson! I HIGHLY recommend Charlotte for any and all your real estate needs!
