She is very knowledgeable and is great getting back with you if you contact her. She did a great job on the listing and had professional photographs taken of our home. We received multiple offers and accepted an offer (over listing) on day two. I highly recommended Charlotte. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice lady. I moved from Ohio and had everything in placed to buy a home here in Cape Coral. The agent is was working with allow the home to go to forecloser without me knowing it. I not only didnt have a home but had nowhere to live. I was beside myself and didnt know anyone. I called Carney Realty and they put me in touch with Charlotte DiSilvestro. I told her my situation and that I needed to find a home in this price range that was vacant and I could move in ASAP. That day she found 5 homes to look at exactly what I had asked for. She stayed late to write the contract and contacted the listing agent and made it happen. She also offered to go out of her way to find me a place to stay till my home closed. In 2 weeks I was in my new home. She in my eyes was a life saver. I have found that you wont find to many people that put that kind of a effort into what they do and the passion to help people that are in need. I would recommend her to any and all.

Charlotte was great she showed us both homes and condos always ready with a wealth of information on homes and the condos. If didn't have answer to our question she would make sure an email or call was sent back with information within the hour. Was always on top of things. It was a great experience working with her and she is very knowledgeable.
