Charlotte was great to work with when I sold my house! She was very patient about explaining everything to me, and let me do things on my timeline. She was a great help in my process of getting the house ready to go on the market, from bringing me moving boxes to arranging to have a junk man haul away stuff from my basement! She held several open houses, and was my biggest cheerleader when offers were initially slow to come in, staying upbeat & optimistic about the prospect of an imminent sale. And when the house didn't sell right away, she had an honest discussion with me about market conditions, helping to adjust my expectations of my home's value. I was more than satisfied with her services, and found her pleasant and easy to deal with.

Charlotte was a joy to work with on this 7106 Lockwood Street project. This was a investment property that I bought in 1979.
