Charlotte was outstanding to work with. She responded very quickly throughout the entire process. Very knowledgeable of the area and guided us through every step of the way. Looked out for our best interests while negotiating with seller. Not to mention the streamlined closing process which enabled us to close very quickly and move into our new home before our rental lease ended.
