ok if you would happen to be undecided on a realtor to pick..I would have to highly recommend Charlotte.. My situation was all but "Normal" and Charlotte was on top of things and always watching out for my best interest. I was informed throughout the process and was very satisfied with all the updates on the purchase of my home. she is very educated in this field and I felt very comfortable talking to her about anything and getting a realistic answer from her .. straight up !
