I met Charlotte on the plane back from SoCal and we got to talking about real estate. Ended up I had a property I was thinking of selling and she thought she would be able to sell it for what I was hoping for. Once we landed and got back together later, we settled the details and she took off! Handled all the scheduling and viewings, etc. I didn't have to do much at all and we had offers with in the week! It sold for what I wanted and Charlotte was absolutely wonderful! If I have another property to sell (or buy) I will ask her to be my agent again!
