Charlotte was born and raised in Denmark, Scandinavia and in 2009 at the age of 38 she moved to Florida. She has a B.S. in Microbiology, Biology and Chemistry and was working in a lab before moving to the US. When she arrived in Florida, she attended Culinary School and in 2011 she graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned her AAS in Culinary Arts/Baking & Pastry. One year later she met her ex-husband and became pregnant with her daughter. After a short marriage she became a single mom. Her and her daughter are domestic violence survivors and Charlotte have become an ambassador for Women in Distress so that she can raise awareness and help other families getting the help that they need.
Since 1997 Charlotte has worked part time as personal trainer, first in Denmark and now here in Florida. She has had the pleasure of working as a trainer at Boca West Country Club where she learned a great deal about Country Club living and lifestyle. The best advice ever given to her was from one of the residents: “Always surround yourself with people who knows more than you.”
Charlotte lived in Lighthouse Point for 9 years until she moved to Deerfield Beach in 2018. She is very active in her community and knows both Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach and Southeast Florida very well.
Family is very important to her, and a home should feel like a home and not just a building. Charlotte’s free time activities include going to the gym, baking and spending quality time with her daughter and their 2 cats. As a former athlete, she is very determined and disciplined and will make sure that you find your perfect home. Whether you are buying or selling, Charlotte will make sure that you feel comfortable during the whole process. A home is not just a home, it’s a feeling. It’s a place for memories and should be treated with love and respect and you can count on Charlotte to lift up your buying or selling experience.
