Charlie shepherded us through the complex and emotionally taxing sale of our beloved first home. Why it was complex: We were being relocated by my husband’s new employer, a move that was handled by a relocation company. The relocation package required us to work with one of their approved agents. They set up some meetings for us and Charlie was the clear star. He has an incredible presence - solid, anchored, confident, and empathetic. No matter what was happening medically or regarding the sale, I always felt better after talking to Charlie. He patiently, respectfully, and professionally worked with us to sell our home for an absolutely incredible price. He is a truly special agent and person.
