Charlie was FANTASTIC! He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process; very easy to contact; promptly responded to questions; provided great insights; and has relationships with various contractors in the area which was a tremendous help when trying to stick to a tight time frame. I would highly recommend Charlie!

You won't find anyone as relatable, approachable or dependable as Charlie. We worked with him for about a year as we shopped for a vacation condo in the Mt. Washington Valley. Unfortunately we were looking during a sellers market when inventory was low, so it took awhile! Charlie got to know exactly what we were looking for and what factors were most important to us and didn't waste our time suggesting or showing properties that didn't meet our needs and wants. In the end it was his expertise and determination that helped us be in the right place at the right time when the right property became available. Don't hesitate to tap Charlie for your real estate needs. He knows the valley area exceptionally well. If/when we need a realtor in the area again we won't go elsewhere!

Fantastic real estate experience working with Charlie on selling my old home and buying my new one. Easy to communicate with, knowledgeable of the White Mountains region, and overall a great person. Highly recommended!
