They gave me great advice on how to be competitive and now I’m writing this review from my new home :-) They walked me through all the documentation and explained everything thoroughly, sent helpful reminders and next steps to keep me on track and on schedule. We’ve been looking to upgrade from our condo for the last few years but with no success until this year. We thought we may have found a house, but Bonnie and Charlie knew what we really wanted and didn’t let us settle and we are glad we listened to them. The following weekend we found our home that checked a lot of our boxes. It was a fierce offer, competing against multiple strong offers but Bonnie and Charlie were able to guide us to position our deal to be the best while also feeling comfortable the choices were rationale and calculated.
