My husband and I went about a year and a half back and forth in the process of looking for houses. Charlie was a great realtor and always kept us up to date on any houses that came on the market. Charlie is great, one of the best realtors I've every worked with. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take that extra step. Our circumstances kept changing but he was always patient and flexible. We once scheduled and then had to change three appointments in four weeks but he maintained a positive attitude and helped us stay focused. When everything fell through and we did not end up selling our property Charlie was there to assist us. We decided that we should find a rental. We called Charlie and asked is he knew of any rentals and even though this was not something he normally handled he took it upon himself to find us a few people that we could call for assistance.

Charlie is the best I will send everyone I can to him , I really enjoyed having Charlie show me homes. When my kids are ready to buy a bigger place I will get him to show them places Charlie never complained about how many homes we looked at before we decided he was so helpful and knowledgeable of the area I'm so excited to get to move in to my house
