Charlie Bradford

I loved working with Charlie. He really listened to what we were looking for and came up with a bunch of homes that fit our life style. If he didn't have an answer right when we asked he'd find out and have an answer very quickly. I think we were difficult to please and looking for specific features for a home, but Charlie was patient. We looked at a lot of houses, he understood when a house wasn't right for us and didn't try to push something on us that we didn't want. He made the negotiation process very easy and he made each step of the process incredibly clear. I also appreciated the flexibility of working around my work schedule. He is all around a cool and likeable guy and wonderful to work with. Couldn't recommend him too much!

Charlie is just what you want in an agent. He was always professional, personable, committed and always accessible. He doesn't just represent you from 9 to 5; he stays up with whatever is going on with the perspective property. Charlie is an excellent communicator and pays exceptional attention to the details. As a buyer, which we were, or a seller, Charlie is who you want.

Charlie was very knowledgeable and was very prompt with responses. My husband and I are very busy and work most hours of the day but with Charlie being so helpful and flexable with hours we were able to get a house that we love.
