Mr. Beard was very patient knowledgeable and kept us informed during the entire process. He did his best and made sure we got the best deal and was treated fair. He didn't rush us to any decision and gave his advice from his years of experience. This was me second time working with Mr. Beard and best of all everytime I call answered and when I texted he responded, communication was great.
