First time home purchase

Charlie Ann was a dream to work with! From getting us into contract on a holiday all the way up to closing she was there for us making sure all our i’s were dotted and our t’s were crossed. Never once did she not have an answer for us. She was quick and efficient. We are so happy with our new home and without Charlie Ann it would not have been possible!
