Charles is without a doubt the absolute best! He kept in constant communication with me during the entire process - between working with the buyers, their agent, their lender, and my HOA, he made sure to keep me informed of any changes that were happening at all times. His thorough knowledge of the market and location got me the sale price we wanted, almost right down to the exact dollar amount. Despite the challenges we ran into with my HOA and the buyer's FHA loan, he stayed positive and diligent to make sure everything was taken care of. I could not even imagine going through this sale process with another realtor. Above and beyond does not even come close to the level of service he provided. He is the only realtor I would trust if I needed to sell or purchase a property in the future!
