I've bought and sold 5 properties and have worked in an industry for 15 years that is closely associated with many realtors. Charles is by far the best realtor I've come across. He truly has your best interest in mind and is never "pushy" or too sales oriented. Very professional and poised. He jumped through hoops most others wouldn't to ensure we closed on time! Given we were buying remotely, we always felt Charles was on top of everything. In other words, we never had to micromanage and he was always thinking two steps ahead. Very blessed and grateful that we stumbled across him. He truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for all the hard work Charles!
