Charles is a pleasure to work with. I have bought and sold many houses, and he is by far the best real estate professional I have worked with. Initially, we used him to purchase our house 4 years ago, and more recently to sell the same house. He was able to work with us in getting the house ready to show and had it under contract (with multiple offers) within a couple days.
