I've known Charles as a friend for several years. Unfortunately for Charles, I had existing relationships with other realtors and had never used Charles as my realtor. I engage in more real estate transactions than the average Joe or Jill. I decided to sell an investment property. I needed somebody who could actually understand the investment side of the equation.
