Charles did an amazing job in helping us find a home. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. He answered our calls, messages, emails, in a timely manner even after hours and late at night. We knew we could rely on him at any time of the day. He had extensive knowledge and inside tips of the areas we were looking at which was extremely helpful when finding a home. He also had great knowledge of the construction, electrical, plumbing etc. of homes which was a great asset in deciding between houses. Charles is also very friendly and positive and always greeted us with a smile.
