It took a long time to find and purchase the property to suit the needs of my family, and Charles was there every step of the way. He is classy, kind, patient, and attentive. As a seasoned veteran, he knows the nuances of his profession. Moreover, he was quick to email and text in order to keep me updated throughout the process. As such, he is an excellent communicator. Above all else, the thing that stood out the most was his patience. He never tried to sell me a house; rather, he tried to find me a home. It was a pleasure working with him from start to finish, and I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for the perfect family home.
