Personally, I am not a fan of realtors as they tend to hurry the process in order to close a sale. Having said that, Charles is way more than just a realtor. He is a wonderful person who has his clients' best interests at heart. He is patient and kind. Great listener. After 8 months of searching and negotiating, Charles helped me purchase a home in 2017. Throughout the process, he was responsive, answering emails quickly and returning phone calls promptly. The best thing, though, is that we are now friends, and we have breakfast once a month. He gives way more than he gets. Great person to have on your team.
