After 15 years of living in our home my husband and I decided to move closer to the grandkids. We pulled information and started interviewing agents. Charles not only brought his team but had a full presentation to include comps, proven marketing strategy for selling our unique home and more. He’s genuine and sincere and strives to make the experience as painless as possible.
