If you are looking for a good real estate agent, I would recommend Chuck Skillern. He is familiar with the papers you have to sign, and explained them to me in words I could understand. He made sure I didn't sign anything until I knew what it was about. Chuck checked with me every day to see how I was doing. The day after I signed the papers, the house was sold! He encouraged me during the packing phase of the move, and when we closed the sale, once again, Chuck put me at ease during the closing, and explained everything I had to sign.
