Charles is excellent

I asked Charles to sell my land at 7 Burning Tree lane in Jackson Springs. He immediately went and looked at it and wrote about it and pictures to post on line. There were a number of problems because it was in my deceased husbands name and we had to transfer it to mine. He is very knowledgeable about the laws between NC and NY. He is very patient and considerate in answering any of my questions. He did a fantastic job in getting it out on the market and quickly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for real estate or property. Thank you Charles.
