Charlie has found the perfect profession!

I purchased this house sight unseen thanks to my sisters and brother and Charlie Mote! My brother walked around taking a video while the gals oohed and ahhed over the whole house. Charlie leading them and pointing out all the fun, beautiful, unusual reasons to purchase the house! Since my move into the home I was finally able to meet Charlie in person when he stopped by to ensure that several items were as they should be. He's been a godsend in hooking me up with painters, hardwood floor installers, electricians, plumbers, a fence company! I wish that every house hunter had a "Charlie" to make the hunt fun and to ease the ordeal of the move!
