In November 2021 we made the decision to sell our California home after moving to Oklahoma in 2019. We have known Charles and Farryl as neighbors for many years, but we had never had the occasion to work with them. They have lived in the Carmel Valley for over 30 years and really know the market. Farryl is super organized, a great communicator, and one who drives all the restoration details to conclusion. Nothing phases her! She coordinated inspections with the current renter, found and coordinated all restoration work with contractors, including a complete inside paint job, took inventory of what furniture needed to be sold at an estate sale, and even coordinated the pickup of furniture with our kids who wanted some of the furnishings. Farryl recommended an estate sale company and helped stage the house prior to our open house. We sold the house in 4 days (received 5 offers) at a premium over list price and had a 7-day escrow. Charles, Farryl and Ryan Moore all works tirelessly to show the house to over 100 groups over a 4-day period. We were delighted by their service in every respect. They know the market, have contacts for every issue that might come up and provided a turnkey experience. They also have a great support staff in Ryan Moore and Abby Burg!
