Charles Liu is one of the most knowledgeable and capable agents I know, and I trust him to sell my house because I know he will do the best to get the house in top shape for the market and use his super negotiation and communication skills to complete the task. I'm an engineering manager at Facebook and I'm always very busy, and don't have time to get involved much to prepare the house for sale, but Charles took care of everything for me so I can focus on my job. The result was a record high sales figure for my neighborhood, $200K over the last record sales for the same square footage, and their lot size is 2000 SF bigger. Charles represented us as the buyer agent to buy a house at a good price in a very hot seller's market, due to his great people skills and listing agents wanting to work with him. Aside from his personal qualities, Charles also brings a lot of resources in remodeling and breadth of knowledge in many fields that make conversations and interactions with him both interesting and educational which you don't normally expect from a real estate agent. I met Charles Liu in one of his open houses at his listing, and just listened in while he was talking to other open house visitors. Charles impressed me with his knowledge in real estate as well as his easy to work with personality. He connects with people easily, regardless of their cultural backgrounds. I was pleasantly surprised that he knows many of the Indian vastus that influence our buying decisions and honestly some of them I don't even quite know. It's evident that he has experience helping other Indian customers and I found him to be simply the easiest real estate agent to trust, and the best real estate I know regardless of cultural backgrounds. He was able to help us get a house at a good price without overbidding at the height of the seller's market, which surprised me. And his high customer service level remained unchanged even after he got his commission check. He continued to take care of me and my house after the purchase and helped me settle in, which was an enormous help. It's rare that I have become such close friends with a real estate agent, and we've developed a close and trustful enough relationship that I'm even willing to babysit his baby sometimes! I give Charles 5 stars and would recommend him to anyone with real estate needs.
