We had a good experience working with Mr. Kelley. He was very patience and kind. Mr. Kelley won't quit on you and will help you find a home. He is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge.

Charles was clear and transparent with the process. Working with him to sell my property was smooth and quick. He knows his stuff. Charles Kelley is the only one I am using to handle the purchase or sale of my home.

As an independent administrator, I retained Mr. Kelley as part of the sale of real estate under probate administration. He was always professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious. He regularly followed up and checked in on the parties, the settlement company, and on the property. After firing two other realtors, my wife and I decided to use Mr. Kelley for our real estate transaction. While that part is not complete yet, so far I continue to have an excellent rapport, and we have found him highly responsive, helpful, and honest in providing critical feedback on homes that we visited. As an example, things like recommending three inspectors and encouraging us to interview them, as opposed to our experience with other realtors who refer only one and one who "won't kill the deal."

Charles helped me purchase my first home in 2014. He then helped me sell that home and purchase a second home in 2021. We kept in touch through the years because Charles was always available if I had a question about buying/selling and always eager to help. His approach is aggressive in the best way on your behalf to seal the deal no matter which side of the table. He's honest and professional and I will continue to go to him with my real-estate questions and I'll always refer him to anyone else I know looking to buy or sell a home.

As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect or how I would feel about my home buying experience but If there is one thing I am certain of now is that Charles is a genuine realtor with a heart of GOLD that knows exactly what he's doing and will not disappoint and will not rest or give up even when his clients are ready to! I am honestly not one for reviews because I never know the right things to say but I didn't think twice about writing this review because my family and I are so greatly for Charles not only as our realtor but as now our friend! If buying our first home wasn't nerve racking enough, throw in a pandemic, a beyond competitive sellers market, and a week long Texas Snowmagedon as the icing on the cake and you can get a feel for how our experience should have been looking for our forever home. Against all odds and with the help of Mr. Charles we were able to close on our dream home in late March of 2021!
