Charles Kaps is a native to Palm Beach County. Growing up a local, he’s seen firsthand the incredible growth and change of our Florida real estate market and its continued expansion. Charles first took interest in real estate because of his family involvement in the industry. The Kaps family holds a successful investment portfolio of property in Palm Beach County. Seeing firsthand working with his family, Charles understood the value of real estate and he was naturally drawn to this profession.
Charles graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Shortly after, he got his Florida Real Estate Sales License to combine his analytical skills with the real estate industry. He rapidly grew at Greenfield Waters absorbing everything he could while also closing many deals very quickly. With the support of mentor Eric Gunther Realtor and Broker of Greenfield Waters, he did just that at a rapid pace and began signing Listing Agreements with clients within just one month of joining the firm!
The due diligence and care Charles Kaps has shown to his sellers and buyers was recognized and rewarded by Greenfield Waters. He now currently provides time to team members with forms of training, coaching and mentorship.
