Going into this homebuying process we were very overwhelmed. We didn't understand our VA benefit too much, we ESPECIALLY didn't understand the process of buying, and our nerves were really through the roof for such a big purchase since we have never bought before BUT Joe really changed that for us. He simplified the process, answered all our questions (even went out his way to find answers to some), and he was just overall a breath of fresh air that we needed. Some things I was really impressed with was how comfortable he made us feel because he made sure we knew how much he understood how overwhelming and nervewrecking this could be for first timers. He helped to find me a great landscaper to improve my curb appeal, the photographer he used was amazing and both were totally professional and quick and efficient at their work.
