Searching for a fellow realtor who was a Military Veteran our son located Charles and Alexandra Hendrickson. After a phone interview he felt Charles was a person with the Knowledge and Integrity he was looking to advise us to hire to help us find a home in the greater Orlando area. Charles was ready to take over and start the process of looking at homes we had already explored on the internet. These areas did not meet our needs so we decided to look in Winter Garden. Charles suggested that we preview Winter Garden and then the following day we met him at a home in McAlister’s landing. In less than a week he helped us find our new home. He used his expertise to guide us through that paper work. He and Alexander never tried to pressure us in any way and just wanted us to find a place where our family would be happy. We would not hesitate to call upon he and Alexander in the future.

I had a wonderful experience while I was searching for my first home with Charles and Alexandra. They were both very attentive and looked for all of the things I was looking for in the house that I bought. I don't see myself using any other realtors because Charles and Alexandra were fantastic.

It is difficult to describe what this couple did because it was done so easily and promptly. I needed a painter, a floorer, opinions,etc. Text messages were responded to quickly. I am sure they had other clients, but I felt important to them. They just made me feel like I was their number one client, and when we closed, their comment was "Our service doesn't end when you close. If you need anything, we're still here!" In fact, their vacation coincided with mine, so if I needed them, they would be here for me. I don't know how many stars you give but they can have all I have to give.

We had a great experience with Charles. He was very thorough in explaining the steps in buying a home and led us every step through that journey. He truly wanted to find the right home for our families situation and cared a lot about what our needs & wants were. He worked with great integrity and we built a great trust in him.

Chuck and Alexandra were great realtors. They were both very personable and friendly and most of all down to earth. We didn't feel pressured or rushed in our house hunting search. They have a lot of knowledge and helped to explain terms and conditions that we didn't quite understand. They were honest and upfront with us giving us all the details when a house we were interested in had a lot of issues that we didn't know existed. They could have stayed quiet and let us buy a property that could have been a huge mistake. But they told us what the issues were and we didn't buy that property but a different one that was better in every way.

They were awesome! They showed us multiple properties ave once we listed our house with them, we had an offer within 3 days! I highly recommend them.

I happened to contact Charles (Chuck) regarding another property I had seen but wasn't sure about the status. The first thing I appreciated was that he replied via the same method I initially used and though my cell was provided he then sent a text as he said he would to see when was convenient to speak. So important since my profession is so demanding and I am not always available to talk! Very respectful I thought. That initial property was already under contract but he understood what I was looking for and then sent me follow up options. Now Chuck wasn't my initial realtor since I already had one. However, months later (I didn't even know he still had my contact information) he came across a lot that he knew would suit me well and contact me. The lot wasn't even listed but he had the contacts. I was pleasantly surprised and of course we closed on the lot! Throughout the process Chuck and Alexander remained very professional, and Very Responsive! They helped me with negotiations and gave very good suggestions and opinions. This was a very pleasant experience overall and I have NO reservations recommending them!

Charles and Alexandra are absolute professionals in every aspect, who put our needs as the priority at every step. With an extensive network of partners and programs, we are now in the perfect home in the perfect community for our family.

These two are the best took time to take my husband and I around to several properties with in an hour and 1/2 of where I purchased my home. I would recommend them to anyone. Seamless process for me to buy a housing them even when I lived in Virginia.
