He is helpful and thorough and made sure to bring up any details that could potentially be an issue, for instance when I put in my deposit for the home, he let me know that I had 30 days to get my deposit back but that after those 30 days, the lender could potentially keep it even if the deal fell through. That’s something I didn’t know and was grateful to find out before making the decision. I will happily refer Charles to my friends and family, and if I decide to sell my home and get a new home in the future, I will absolutely work with him again!
