If you want a realtor that cares more about you then the commission, then Chuck's your guy. We have bought and sold 8 houses in the last 25 years using 7 different realtors. All the Realtors did a satisfactory job... but only Chuck and one other realtor we used 10 years ago gave us the impression that they cared more about us then how much they would make. Chuck communicated with us almost daily where we've had the experience with other Realtors that the only way we heard what was going on was to reach out to them. Chuck always reached out to us to let us know what was going on and to head off any problems before they happened. This purchase was more complicated than any of our previous purchases, for various reasons, but Chuck made it go smoothly. He eliminated road blocks and came up with simple and easy solutions to fix some other snafus. We would highly recommend Chuck to anyone looking 4 Hands On and caring service...
