One very convenient tool of his business is a system that sends us emails of available properties that fit our specific criteria. Charles takes his time in photographing the properties - he's a professional photographer, so he knows what he's doing there! All the rooms are very well lit, and he uses spotlights on top of natural light, so the shadows are minimal. He is very skilled in hosting open-house showings; advertising, signage, flyers, property attraction, etc. All of our closings have been without incident - timely and smooth!
