Charles was extremely patient, understanding and helpful. We are repeat customers of Charles and couldn't imagine using anyone else. Not only did he provide us with fantastic input to get our old house market ready, but he helped to make the purchase of our new home seamless. He bent over backwards to help find the exact home we were looking for. His calm and collected demeanor is exactly what you want in a potentially stressful situation. His knowledge of the area is second to none. His attention to detail and knowledge of "key things to look for" makes showings a breeze. I couldn't imagine nor would i ever work with anyone else for such a important purchase.
