Be careful with this broker. He's dishonest and unethical. Doesn't have YOUR interests at best (buyer) not sure how he operates with the sellers but as the potential buyer, it was a disaster - spent more time trash taking other competent brokers in the area that were of no relevance to the buying process. Had told me the seller had accepted my offer and then sent an email to me said thank you for your time - nothing further. I am a qualified buyer with excellent financials, credit score etc. He wasted my time and enjoyed playing mind games. He couldn't even get my name straight: kept calling me Leslie instead of Lisa. He's also behind the times with updated forms etc. Get referrals from other people as there any excellent sales agents and brokers in the Riverdale area ready to make this a good experience!
