As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely lucky to have worked with Charles. He is extremely professional and friendly. He walked me through each step of the process and answered all my questions. I never felt lost or confused. He listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a home and helped me find an amazing house under my budget.
