Charles Chacon's team was instrumental in finding my family a suitable home. We were very picky and very specific. His son, CJ, must have showed me over 20 houses before we came across the one that we wanted to make an offer on. They met me at all times of the day/evening including weekends and did everything based on my schedule. We found a place, but it already had offers on the property. Due to his experience, reputation, and knowledge of the area/agents he was able to make direct contact with the seller's agent and get us an inside tract with our offer. It was accepted and we know we would not be in our current home without the help of Charles's team. Through all the hiccups that come with buying a home (first time home buyer here) Charles was able to reassure us and guide us through the buying process so that we had confidence and were happy with our decision. He and his team were invaluable to us every step of the way. We even went to his Cinco De Mayo party and spent time with his wonderful family. Great guy, great team.
