My moms last friend was tuning a Hundred years old. And being a only child living 1100 miles away it was time to move Mom closer. In early preparation I had contacted a agent and explained that this was going to take time to get my mom ready for the move North and the time line could be a year out. That agent turned out to be very pushy and kept wanting to sign a contract before we where ready. After calling other realters I was referred to Charles. His knowledge of the housing market and his many contractor friends made getting repairs done quickly and timely. He was also always available to help and lend a hand or the tools that I needed, Working with Charles was like having a Friend help you even offering if she needed to help my mom after I left to go home. He always kept me informed and helped coordinate any ongoing repairs or inspections. Thank You Charles
