Charles Baumanns is phenomenal! The process seemed so overwhelming and intimidating until Charles took over. He never missed a beat. He made sure every party involved was doing their duties and if they were dragging behind he would be very persistent in making sure they stayed on top of their work. He kept us informed in all aspects and NOT once did I ever feel like he was withholding information from me. Even to the very end he still kept us informed on what to expect afterwards. This guy is great! Once Charles took the home searching and negotiating process from me it was like the biggest weight was lifted from me. I really can’t brag enough about this guy. If you were to just meet him, you would know immediately he will take care of you. He is a very charming, friendly, considerate, trustworthy and a fun person to work with. My family is so thankful to have had the pleasure of having him be our realtor. If you’re reading this, I really hope you give him a shot!
