Moving is hard - especially with a 2 year old and 5 month old. Charlene made moving exciting and painless and could not have been a better agent. Her knowledge of the area we sold our home was invaluable - I’m talking $$$ in our pockets invaluable. She is professional yet personable and a fighter for her clients. 1) Charlene brought a buyer to the table for our home, allowing us to sell without listing, 2) she helped us negotiate the best offer possible when we were up against ELEVEN other offers on a home that had been on the market < 24 hours, 3) she rocked our baby while I signed closing documents (beyond helpful) , 4) she worked with the city to order final water reads and reminded me when the deadlines were for filing tax paperwork, 5) she helped to coordinate sewer and home inspections and she did it all with a smile and positive attitude. I never felt like I was bugging her and although I hope we are never moving again - if the time comes - Charlene is who we will call.
