We were 100% pleased with our experience selling our property with Charlene Tech. Even before we officially listed the property she explained the process and told us what to expect. Once listed, it was obvious she knew how the “ins and outs” of the business. Everything from explaining paperwork and how to best present the property to prospective buyers. Charlene took the time to truly know all the details of the property. We were impressed Charlene’s work effort. She worked tirelessly and always kept us informed about showings and responded quickly to our calls. Selling a home can emotional and stressful but Charlene’s professionalism, knowledge and hard work put us at ease. We highly recommend Charlene Tech.
