We met Charlene at an open house in Sandy. We started talking about how we were ready to move from our home in Layton farther south to be closer to work. However, we had several houses in our neighborhood that were for sale and had been on the market for a long time. We didn't want to put ours up until those sold. That night she got back to us about why she believed they hadn't sold, and how she didn't think ours would have the same issues selling. We ended up listing ours with Charlene a couple of months later. She had a great marketing plan, and our house was under contract within a few days. Charlene made the process easy and as stress-free as selling a house can be. Two of the houses on our street are still for sale, a couple of months later. Charlene's awesome!

Charlene is super wonderful! She helped us with selling our home. She is very knowledgeable on how to stage it to make it look nice for selling. She also got us a cleaning for the house and made it look wonderful! She was super easy to work with and helped us to understand the process every step of the way.
