Buying a house is stressful!! If you want to make it less so—hire Charlene!!
My biggest thing was someone who responded to my questions in a timely manner. Especially since this was my first time buying a house. Charlene was always prompt. And if she didn’t know, she would say so, and then find the answer for me. Charlene was patient, and never made me feel like I asked a dumb question.
