We had originally gone with two other real estate agents and they promise you the world and deliver nothing. Then I called Charlene and she came out and sat down with us very straightforward and honest from the get go. She told us from the start that she doesn’t work like these other realtors do she doesn’t call you every other day or once a week to let you know that nothings going on she told us she would get in touch with us when she had something and that’s what she did. She’s an old school realtor who gets results and gets them very quickly. She has been selling in wedgefield for a long time and knows the area extremely well. that’s exactly what you want from a Realtor. She was by our side through the whole process through the closing everything best experience I’ve ever had selling or buying property.
