Charlene paid attention to all the finer details on the whole process. Helped with staging the house for showing and helped with packing and storage. Provided great insight to help me have confidence into getting to the finish line in the sales process. She demonstrated great knowledge of the local market and comparable properties in the area. Charlene was confident establishing the selling price and outline as to how she established the timeline in the selling process. She handled all the showings and potential buyers. Though I had stress and anxiety she was always able to provide advice and assistance to keep me calm through the initial listing and the final closing process.
