First experiences

I had a great experience working with Charlene to buy my first house. She listened to my wants/needs and was very helpful with information about the neighborhoods each house was located in we visited. She worked closely with me the entire time to keep me up to date on any new listings that met my criteria and was excellent at the negotiation table. Not only did she help me buy my first house she also helped me sell my first house as well! During the selling process she was very knowledgeable of the market and competing houses within my asking price. She gave me very helpful information that I was able to apply to my house to obtain more curb appeal and sell in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her as your realtor.
