Bear with me as im not a writer so here it goes. Mrs Charlene is amazing. She's professional and extremely knowledgeable. She can read and deal with the other agent very well in the buying/selling process. I was a particular pain to her as I didn't live in Indiana any more. Recently she and her husband Kevin went above and beyond to help me in selling my house I still owned in Indy. I know it sounds like a cliche but idk how else to describe what they did for me. I honestly don't think any other agent would of done so much. My sister and I have come to her with our buying and selling needs since 2008. To gain that trust and loyalty over the years from clients in this day and age is rare. So ya. I can't recommend her enough. Thx again Mr Charlene.

Charlene is awesome at what she does!! She was incredibly helpful in helping us find the perfect home. We had a few road blocks along the way but she never once flinched and continued to plug along to find us the right house to suit our needs. Charlene was very communicative and shared a great deal of knowledge throughout our home buying process. Since we are new to home buying and new to Indiana, there was lots to learn and Charlene did not hesitate to share information with us. If she didn’t know the answer or have a solution she would call others and do a little research to figure it out. She was always 10 steps ahead and the whole process was absolutely seamless! Charlene helped me buy my first house 14 years ago, handling all my "first-time home buyer" questions & unfamiliarity with the process. She was so patient & thorough while helping us through all that. Needs change & I've bought two more homes with her since then. Each house was found to meet different needs, so I know her range of expertise can meet you wherever you are in your life stage, budget, or anything else! She even helped us sign a contract on a new build, but when that didn't work out, found us something else & we had an accepted offer on an existing home four days later. And when the lender tried to delay our closing, she was able to keep them on time! All that to say, Charlene makes the buying process as smooth as possible, but if/when issues come up - there's nobody I'd rather have problem-solving for me!

How does one describe near perfection? Charlene was both friendly and polite, while honest and willing to challenge us. She kept our dreams rooted in reality while also encouraging us not settle for something with which we were unhappy. Charlene provided honest feedback on homes we looked at, pointing out potential future issues, from legal to cosmetic, and listened and responded to our priorities. Despite considering giving up on buying in such a challenging market, we now own a home which is more than we had hoped to achieve. It is, by our definition, our dream home. For this, Charlene deserves the credit. Real estate is Charlene's job, but putting people in a home that will make them happy is her business. She does not sell houses, she helps people buy their homes. Anyone can "sell a house" but it takes a truly talented person to help a buyer achieve their dreams.
