Moving from Prescott AZ back to the East Valley (Gilbert) isn't what most people would look forward to, especially with an unseasonable HOT summer in 2023. We put our house on the market in 2022, just as the interest rates for mortgages starting rising and real estate sales came to a near stop. It took 20 months to sell our home. During that time Char was most patient with us. She continually supplied us with information on what was available in Gilbert/Chandler, checked in periodically to see what progress was being made on the Prescott property and offered words of encouragement. When the offer finally came in, she was right there - ready to guide us to a new home. She worked with my husband and I, along with our daughters who would do home previews.
