Great experience as a seller's agent

Charleen was very pleasant and professional to work with. Based on her extensive research and detailed information about the market and comps right up to the day before we were listing (late fall 2022), she and I agreed that the original list price we had spoken about (approx 3-4 weeks prior) should be lowered slightly. After further discussion, and factoring in that we preferred to sell quickly, we agreed on a list price that we both thought was aggressive while still being very attractive to us. Within one week we received an offer for the full list price along with no inspection contingencies (desirable to us because it was an older house owned by our parents for over 50 years). Closed quickly and smoothly within a few weeks.
